Online Course Details
FAQ 3 - How is the online training course delivered to me?
Once you have registered with us and paid for your course using our secure payment partner, our Learning Management System (LMS) automatically creates your customer profile within our system. This is the profile that you will login to whilst completing your online training course. It is browser-based so you access it from the homepage of our website using the UN and PW provided to you via email when you register with us.
When you’re ready to start your course, our bespoke LMS presents each module in our customised Learner Interface (LI). The LI is a highly-customised Flash media player that we’ve built to present our training modules. Our courses offer a combination of text-based tuition, Flash graphics and animation, learning tips, insights, voiceovers and video modules presented by an experienced online trainer.
The LMS knows when you have completed a module and calls forward the next module or the mini-quiz associated with each module etc. The LMS manages the process automatically so you don’t need to worry about what modules you’ve completed or where you are in the course. If you can’t finish the course, the LMS will save your progress (to the start of that particular module) and you can return to complete the course within 30 days from your date of purchase.
Another exciting feature of our customised Learner Interface is that it reduces the hassle of writing personal notes associated with your online learning by offering you the ability to insert your own personal notes within customised learner interface itself. Your personal notes are then automatically saved and published to your desktop at the end of each learning module!
You will need to complete a final knowledge test at the end of each course in order to receive your Certificate of Completion. Don’t worry, you can take the test again and again if you need to, although the self exercises and mini quizzes throughout the course prepare you for the final knowledge test.
