FAQ 1 - Can I login to my training course from any computer with my username and password, or am I limited to a single computer?
You are allowed to login to our Learning Management System (LMS) from any Internet connected computer or smart phone. However, you can only be logged in to one computer or device at a time and we restrict your access to the LMS to two IP addresses. (Your work or home PC and your laptop or your smart phone.) If you try to access the LMS from a third computer or hand-held device you will not be granted access and a security message will appear. This restriction is in place to prevent others from accessing the course you have paid for. Please note that we record IP data from each login and a report is automatically generated once more than two computers are used for one customer. Please contact us should you require multiple-seat licenses.
