FAQ 9 - Why does my video module keep pausing or stuttering?
You have more than likely not allowed enough time for the module to buffer. Make a cup of tea and wait until the module has finished buffering. When its finished buffering, hit refresh (Ctrl + F5) and sit back with your hot cup of tea, ready for your news skills training!
Our Learner Interface (LI) does a buffer speed test on your Internet connection, and then buffers the module according to the test result. It has the usual “buffering” icon pop up in the playback area. It won’t buffer the entire module – it will buffer for ten seconds (or whatever the test defines), and then start playback (while continuing the buffer in the background if necessary).
