FAQ 8 - I have a 56k connection will this be OK for the streaming?
Our training is best viewed using a broadband connection, such as ADSL or cable modem. We do not recommend accessing our training courses with a 56k connection. If you are connecting to the Internet using a slower connection, you can still view our modules; it will just take longer to download.
If you’re on a slow connection, launch the module and wait until the entire module buffers, you can then watch it without hiccups or interruptions. You will know that the movie has finished downloading when the controller bar at the bottom of the Flash Player window has filled in completely.
