FAQ 4 - Can I access your training courses on my iPhone or Blackberry?
Our courses are currently being converted so that they are viewable on your iPad or hand-held device. This functionality will be available in due course.
We will have software on our streaming media server that allows access on Internet-enabled smart phone devices. Our courses are best streamed using a wireless connection.
Please be careful if you are overseas and you access our streamed online training via your hand-held device. You will incur massive data fees on normal data plans. Rather hook into a local wireless network (which is the optimum requirement for our training) or agree with your network operator an unlimited data roaming tariff. Think we're kidding? An average module from Skills Online Group is approx. 80MB.
Skills Online Group assumes no responsibility for data and roaming fees incurred should you decide to participate in our online training whilst on your smart-phone or smart hand-held device whilst overseas. It is your responsibility to check with your mobile network operator on your data and roaming tariffs whilst on holiday or on business.
