Please make sure that you look in our FAQ and HELP sections before emailing us as there’s a very good chance that your question might be solved in one of these two sections. We've put together a comprehensive Getting Started Guide that offers step-by-step instructions on how to get started.

If you have a technical question related to a course you have already purchased, please include the following details in your email:

- The course ID

- Your computer type

- Your system profile (i.e. what operating system you are running)

- A list of the apps that run automatically at login

- Your connection speed

- and the exact details of the problem you are encountering
