Please make sure that you look in our FAQ and HELP sections before emailing us as there’s a very good chance that your question might be solved in one of these two sections.

If you have a technical question or issue related to a course you have already purchased, please include the following basic details in your email:

  • The course ID. 
  • Your computer type.
  • Your system profile (i.e. what operating system you are running). 
  • A list of the apps that run automatically at login. 
  • Your connection speed.
  • The exact details of the problem you are currently encountering.
